Hanging the Pashmina on a towel or just on a hanger in the fresh air will work to rid the cloth of sweat or smell.
Avoid hanging in direct sunlight.
Never iron the Pashmina directly. Use a cool iron over a cotton cloth cover to protect the delicate fibres.
Store the Pashmina shawls folded or rolled in the cupboard shelf wrapped in a muslin cloth.

Shipping & Delivery
Most orders arrive within 7-10 business days of order being confirmed. An order confirmation SMS/Email will be sent to you, post which keep a watch out for an SMS/Email notification that you will receive from us, once your order is shipped.
Within India, we offer Free Shipping on all prepaid orders and for COD orders, additional charge of Rs. 50/- is applied.
Orders with a subtotal within Rs. 2500 will only be eligible to pay with Cash on Delivery.
We offer Free International Shipping for orders above INR 2999. The costs of carrying out all the necessary import formalities are expressly excluded. These are borne by the buyer, meaning that all taxes and duties incurred when importing to the country of destination must be paid by the buyer or the recipient.

Unable to Deliver
If you are not available to take delivery, when our courier partner attempts to deliver your order, the courier partner will notify you. Thereafter, an additional attempt will be made to deliver your order, after which your package will be returned to our warehouse and your account will be refunded for the order amount. The refund is applicable only for Pre-paid Orders.
Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
Only orders that haven't left our warehouse can be cancelled. To cancel an order, please send us an email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to register a cancellation request along with the cancellation reason.
We recommend that you wait to receive all the products under your particular order number, before raising a cancellation request, if any, to avoid cancellation charges.
At Mecraaz, we ensure a proper quality check is done for all products before leaving our warehouse however in an unlikely event where the product is received in damaged condition, a return request must be received within 3 days of the order being delivered.
The items should be unused, intact and in their original packaging (labels, tags, boxes) at the time of collection by our courier partner.
To return a product, please send us an email at email@example.com to register the request stating the reason and attaching supporting images/videos. Once the request is approved, the product to be returned will be picked up from the address provided by you while placing the order.
Please note that there will be two reverse pickup attempts done by the delivery agents upon failure of which, customer will be responsible to arrange the return courier of the item to our warehouse.
The refund will be processed post quality inspection of the product(s). This may take 5-7 business days post receipt of goods at our warehouse. If you used a promo code or discount at the time of purchase, you will be credited only for the final amount you paid after using the promo code. Standard Shipping charges will be levied for return requests on International orders.
